Hey There! I'm Kaleigh!

Personal trainer, cycling aficionado, ‘I know you can do this’ enthusiast, ‘weight-lifting isn’t just for boys’ activist, lover of all things pug, and your workout BFF!

My love of fitness has a track record back to my elementary days when my mom would take me to her step aerobics classes. Oh yeah, how could we so quickly forgot those leotard, spandex, Aqua Net hair days? Let’s fast-forward a few years or ten to my first ever cycling class and I was hooked. It was a match made in heaven. I’ve taken my love of fitness and turned it into a full-time passion to help YOU find your inner butt-kicker, get stronger, stay motivated, and have fun doing it. I did not always have the mindset of a butt-kicker, but once I found my way, I couldn’t keep this magic to myself.

I am a certified NASM Personal Trainer and Mad Dogg Athletics Spin Instructor. I’ve taught indoor cycling and strength classes across the world over the last 10 years and now offer free online cycling classes, strength training and stretching routines so that we can workout together — on your schedule, in the comfort of your own home, at the gym, or wherever you have an internet connection.

I know how important your time is to you, as a wife, mama to 2 cuties, a sassy pug, and a butt-kicking goal-getter, I get it, you don’t have hours to spend working out. I understand that time and energy is precious and a gift to treasure. I believe there is no better time than NOW to start your fitness journey and I want to be your partner in crime.
