Bike and Bells Breakthrough is more than a workout program — This 8-week training program is designed to help you break through the limits that have been holding you back and step into the strongest version of yourself, physically and mentally.

Through a powerful combination of indoor cycling, strength training, and stretching, you’ll build muscle, improve cardiovascular fitness, increase mobility, and feel your body become more capable week by week.

Every workout is intentional and progressive, challenging you just enough to prove that you are stronger than you think—and capable of far more than you’ve been giving yourself credit for.

This program is about momentum and belief. As you show up consistently, you’ll feel the shift: confidence grows, discipline strengthens, and obstacles start to feel more manageable.
